    • The Vinalopó University Hospital and the Ribera Polusa hospital renew this recognition and the Ribera Juan Cardona hospital achieves it for the first time

The University Hospital of Vinalopo and the hospitals Ribera Polusa (Lugo) and Riverside Juan Cardona (Ferrol) are the three hospitals managed by the Ribera healthcare group that this year have been awarded the QH quality mark, from the Institute for the Development and Integration of Health –IDIS Foundation-. The Ribera Polusa hospital, in particular, extends and renews this recognition to QH+.

The award ceremony, held in Madrid, was attended by Carolina Amorós Gil, from the Quality Department of the Vinalopó Hospital; Fátima Vilela Vilar, Head of Corporate Healthcare Quality; and Jesús Rodeiro Barros, Head of Quality at the Ribera Juan Cardona Hospital. They all highlighted the importance of this recognition, which supports the Ribera healthcare group's commitment to excellence in healthcare quality and reinforces its responsible healthcare model. Currently, there are around 170 Spanish healthcare organisations that have received this quality award.
