    Ribera Salud and representatives of the workers of Torrevieja Salud sign a new Collective Agreement for the benefit of their professionals

    • This III Collective Agreement, valid until December 31, 2021, includes historical demands from the different unions that make up the Company Committee of the Department of Health.  
    • The company is committed to increasing the rate of permanent employees from 88% to 93% of its workforce.
    • The agreement contemplates the inclusion of incentives for all categories and a 5th degree of Professional Career.
    • The document has been signed today by the representatives of the workers and the Torrevieja Salud Management and in the coming days it will be registered and published by the Administration bodies.

    Torrevieja Health and the representatives of the workers -CSIF, CEMS, UGT, SI-CV, CCOO and USAE, except SASTE- have signed by majority the third Collective Agreement for all employees of the Torrevieja Health Department, managed by Ribera Health, applying from the moment of its publication in the BOP and until December 31, 2021. 

    This Agreement, which includes unprecedented agreements, provides greater legal certainty and stability in a moment of uncertainty like the present; Thus, the company undertakes, among other issues, to increase the rate of permanent personnel from 88% to 93%.

    Among the measures collected, the salary increase of its professionals in a progressive manner 1 to 3% of base salary, if there were no complaint. In addition, this third agreement increases the days of Free Disposition that they will enjoy throughout the year, which go from five to six, plus the day of his birthday.

    As star measures the Convention includes, on the one hand, variable incentives for all professional categories, as well as the inclusion of a 5th Degree of Career and Professional Development by which the professionals who achieve it will enjoy a savings plan for your retirement in charge of the company.

    The managers of the center have been convinced that the approval of the Collective Agreement reinforces the bases on which a highly competitive professional project is based.     Signature Collective Agreement

    The maintenance of the promotion of the protection of victims of gender violence and the prevention of harassment based on sex is ratified, establishing special working conditions to guarantee the greatest indemnity for victims in the workplace.

    In the chapter on conciliation of work and family life, all the permits, licenses, leave of absence, reduced working hours, etc., are brought together, mostly improved with respect to the basic applicable regulations, which are made available to professionals and which They are related to conciliation and equality policies.

    Thus, the People Management Department has shown itself to be very satisfied with the excellent will and willingness of all the professionals and their representatives to reach a satisfactory agreement for all the employees of the Department of Health.
