Ribera Salud renews its commitment to the Diversity Charter for three more years

    • The Diversity Charter is a European initiative of voluntary commitment, aimed at companies and public and private institutions, to support the principles of inclusion of diversity and non-discrimination in the workplace.
    • With the renewal of this letter of principles, the group assumes the commitment to comply with the directives of the European Union and local legislation on issues of non-discrimination, equal opportunities and diversity.

The Ribera Salud group has renewed its commitment to the Diversity Charter in Spain for three more years, for the period 2019-2021. This is an initiative through which the company commits to implement specific policies within the organization to promote a work environment free of prejudices in terms of employment, training and promotion.

Ribera Salud adhered in 2015 to this project promoted by the European Commission (EC) and the Ministry of Equality, and promoted in Spain by the Diversity Foundation. For Salvador Sanchis, Director of People at Ribera Salud, the renewal of this commitment “It is one more example that Ribera Salud works to promote inclusion, conciliation and awareness among our employees”.

With the renewal of this commitment, the company thus publicly reaffirms its responsibility to continue advancing on issues such as diversity management to generate capacity and innovation, to create a climate of satisfaction and reconciliation for the workforce, or to comply current regulations on equal opportunities.

“Diversity and inclusion are critical to success. It is essential that we focus on building a culture that promotes trust and equal opportunity, that values difference, work-life balance and flexibility to ensure that all professionals achieve their full potential.”Salvador Sanchis pointed out.
