Ribera Health has organized a simultaneous photo exhibition on COVID in the university hospitals of Torrejon, Vinalopo y Torrevieja and the hospital Povisa (Vigo) as a tribute to professionals, patients and victims of the pandemic. The exhibition, which opens today in all health centers, wants to value the commitment, courage, generosity and dedication of the more than 6.200 professionals in the health group and, in addition, pay tribute to the struggle of all patients, both those who have overcome the disease and those who could not with the virus.
Each of the four exhibitions includes a selection of 22 photographs from professional documentary work, taken during the hardest weeks of the pandemic by Miguel Vizcaíno (in Povisa) and David de Loro (Torrevieja, Vinalopó and Torrejón university hospitals), who In this case, he has had the collaboration of Rafa Cucharero for the Torrejón exhibition.
Each one of the samples includes moments and scenes of great emotional charge, as well as gestures and looks that reflect the intensity of the experiences and the work during these months in the hospitals of the group.
All the photographs are accompanied by real testimonials from professionals and patients from each hospital, as well as an initial legend that summarizes the organization's feelings, all on a recyclable cardboard support. “We have suffered, like everyone else, but we have also grown and improved as people and as professionals. And above all, we have come out stronger as an organization of people who care for people”, they assure from Ribera Salud.
The management teams of the university hospitals of Torrejón, Torrevieja and Vinalopó have inaugurated their respective exhibitions, accompanied by a large number of professionals. In Povisa, the CEO of Ribera Health, alberto de rosa, has inaugurated the exhibition at the Vigo hospital, accompanied by its management team and the group's Director of Operations, Elisa Tarazona.
The health group is designing an itinerant circuit so that the four exhibitions can be seen in the coming months in health centers and other public spaces in the towns and areas in which it offers health care "to share this tribute that we extend to all citizens ”.
