    Ribera will bring together specialists in a scientific conference on the latest in heart disease treatments

    The health group Ribera, as a result of its commitment to continuous improvement in care for patients, has organized the XNUMXst Cardiology Update Conference with the aim of addressing different topics of clinical interest that have led to important advances or changes in diagnosis and therapeutic management over the last time.  

    The conference, which will be held online on June 22, will include the participation of Dr. Juan Carlos Arias, head of the Cardiology service at Hospital Ribera Povisa in Vigo, who will address cardiovascular risk. Dr. Carlos de Diego, head of the cardiology service at the Vinalopó University Hospital, will present the controversy in heart failure. Rhythm control versus rate control. Dr. Alfonso Valle Muñoz, head of the Cardiology service. Heart Area of ​​Marina Salud de Denia and head of Cardiology at La Salud Hospital in Valencia will do the same in terms of heart failure and its management in 2022. To close the presentation session, Dr. Eduardo Alegría, head of the cardiology of the University Hospital of Torrejón will explain the closure of the atrial appendage.

    The meeting is aimed at clinical cardiologists with hospital and extra-hospital activity as well as internists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, primary care physicians, radiologists and the emergency department.

    The meeting will be broadcast via streaming through a link that will be shared with all those registered once registered. In addition, it will be possible to attend in person by going to the auditorium of the hospitals of Vinalopó, Denia, Torrejón and Ribera Povisa, all of them from the Ribera group.
