El Ribera healthcare group begins a new stage of growth, diversification and expansion in alliance with vivalto Santé, the third French private healthcare group, an organization with which it shares objectives, values and a close geographical area. The purchase agreement has been closed with the until now main shareholder of Ribera, Centene Corporation and the operation will be formalized when it obtains the regulatory authorizations from the competent administrative bodies.
Centene Corporation today announced this transaction, as part of the review of its strategy for its international divisions. Specifically, the North American insurer has indicated that this transaction represents another important milestone in its plan to create value and continuously review the portfolio, and that they have found in Vivalto Santé a leading European partner in the healthcare sector to boost growth in the Ribera healthcare group so that it can continue to provide high-quality care to patients across Europe.
