The Ribera healthcare group has acquired the Pasarela medical centre, with almost 30 years of history and located in the Valencian municipality of La Eliana, 25 minutes from Valencia and an area in which 150.000 citizens live. In the capital of the Valencian Community there is also one of the group's hospitals, Ribera IMSKE.
The Pasarela medical centre is a benchmark both in La Eliana and in the metropolitan area of Valencia, where patients receive specialised healthcare in Allergology, Digestive System, Cardiology, General Surgery, Dermatology, Physiotherapy, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Family Medicine, Nutrition, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Paediatrics, Podiatry, Psychology, Traumatology, Urology, Clinical Analysis Service and Nursing Consultation.
The CEO of the group, Dr. Elisa Tarazona, has assured that Ribera “is committed to creating a healthcare network of excellence in Valencia, and especially in these difficult times that we are experiencing, when, more than ever, we need local healthcare, with local medicine and professional and technological quality, as we have in other areas of Spain.”
With this medical centre, which houses 25 specialties and has agreements with the main insurance companies, the Ribera group continues with the roadmap for the expansion of its healthcare network in Spain and the rest of Europe, and joins the incorporations of this last year in the group, together with the Covadonga Hospital in Gijón and the Assistens clinic in A Coruña.
