Hospital IMSKE River, the group's health center Ribera specialized in the locomotor system, is the official medical service of the Faulcombridge Cup by Marcos Automoción, a great sporting and social event, in which great tennis figures participate, and which begins this weekend at the Valencia Tennis Club, and will last until the 13th.

Ribera IMSKE will send two physiotherapists every day to attend to participants who have minor discomfort or strain during the competitions and clinics that the Cup will include. In addition, it will provide an on-call traumatologist, as well as the cutting-edge technology of the hospital, located in the Maritime district of Valencia, just 15 minutes from the sports venue where the Faulcombridge Cup is being held.

The Ribera IMSKE hospital has been collaborating with this competition for two years now, when Pablo Andújar, a tennis player and Ribera IMSKE patient, decided to bring back the Faulcombridge Cup in 2022, after more than two decades without being held, and to organise it again with the help of CT Valencia. “Our commitment to initiatives that promote sport, healthy habits and the prevention of pathologies is part of our responsible health model,” they say from Ribera IMSKE.

Ribera IMSKE has 5 operating theatres and 20 specialist consultation rooms for the treatment of injuries and ailments affecting the musculoskeletal system, as well as 1.350 m2 dedicated to rehabilitation, including an indoor pool for hydrotherapy, and state-of-the-art radiology. The Faulcombridge Cup is the only ATP clay court event in Europe to close the season and 32 players in singles and 32 players in doubles are taking part.
