    Ribera rewards its professionals for recommending healthcare colleagues for positions that are difficult to fill

    El Ribera healthcare group It has started an active campaign to attract external talent to fill positions that are difficult to fill in its nine hospitals, 60 Primary Care centers and seven polyclinics. To do this, it has asked its own professionals for help, so that they act as "ambassadors" of the company and its responsible health model, while offering them a bonus if, after being recommended by a Family Medicine Specialist doctor, and Community or Nursing personnel, join the organization.

    “Helping us find the talent we need pays off.” So says the campaign commitmentthat the health group has launched among its own professionals, and that its objective is to strengthen the staff of its hospitals and Primary Care centers, especially for the next four months, but also to guarantee stable employment over time. The People Management Department ensures that "this measure encourages the involvement of our professionals who, after all, are our best ambassadors. We are all part of the organization and we find solutions seeking everyone's involvement”, they say. The Ribera group offers professional development, training and many internal promotion options, and values, through its staff, its People Management policy, with not only economic incentives, but also social ones, such as its work-life balance plans.

    Thus, the group encourages its staff to recommend healthcare talent, especially doctors and nursing staff, to immediately join its hospitals and health centers in the Valencian Community, Madrid and Galicia, above all, but also in Extremadura and Murcia. . Along with this, different measures have been introduced to achieve greater commitment from current professionals and different talent attraction programs have been launched.
