The health group Ribera It funds three scholarships for African women to study Cutting and Dressmaking at the Kimbondo Vocational Training School in Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo), in the context of a solidarity initiative promoted by the Coso Foundation y Harambee NGO and includes a charity fashion show and the "Designs that Change Lives" awards.
This charity event took place on Wednesday, November 12th at the Valencia Exhibition Palace. Design students and young designers from across Spain participated, along with established fashion designers who are collaborating on this project. The aim of this benefit fashion show and the associated prizes is to raise funds so that, in addition to scholarships sponsored by partners like Ribera, more vulnerable African women can access sewing and design studies and earn income to support their families.
The Ribera healthcare group allocates resources to various social causes and collaborates with cultural and sports organizations, associations, and NGOs, as part of its commitment to the community, the environment, and vulnerable groups, aligned with its responsible health model.
