    •   The documentary covers the human stories and testimonies of health professionals and patients from Ribera hospitals during the first wave of the Covid pandemic and confinement
    •  'Covid, the story of our heroes' has been a finalist in the Corresponsables Awards, selected from more than 800 applications from 16 countries
    • It can be seen until Thursday 16 at Kinépolis Alcobendas, Kinépolis Valencia and Kinépolis Alicante

El Ribera healthcare group premiered yesterday in Madrid his documentary 'Covid, the story of our heroes', an ambitious audiovisual document that includes the human stories and testimonies of professionals and patients from the Ribera hospitals during the first wave of Covid, in April 2020, in full confinement of the general population, which makes this piece an a graphic, visual and sound memory of great value about some of the toughest moments of this pandemic.

This is the first time that this documentary has been screened in cinemas and, at its presentation, it was attended by Alberto de Rosa, European executive director of Centene Corporation and Fernando Prados, general director of Hospitales de la Comunidad de Madrid. Due to its interest, it was broadcast partially in the program '¿Qué me pasa doctor?', on La Sexta, and in some private screenings in hospitals. After yesterday's premiere, this work can be seen until Thursday, December 16 at Kinépolis Alcobendas, Kinépolis Valencia and Kinépolis Alicante.

In addition, 'Covid, the story of our heroes' has been a finalist in the Stewardship Awards, selected from more than 800 applications from 16 countries, in this case, within the category of corporate video. Almost 20 months after the start of this pandemic, every minute of filming in the university hospitals of VinalopoTorrejon and Torrevieja -at that time managed by the Ribera group-, and in the hospital Ribera Povisa, under the direction of Miguel Vizcaino, attest to the mark that this virus leaves among health professionals, those responsible for health organizations such as the Ribera group and citizens in general.
