- The Spanish healthcare group will participate in the body that will coordinate strategic initiatives, innovation and best practices among the seven countries in which Vivalto Santé operates.
- Ribera's participation will foster new opportunities for international collaboration and contribute to sharing knowledge to improve patient care.
El grupo Ribera will be part of the new Global Operational Committee of Vivalto Santé, a European healthcare group that is its main shareholder. This new body brings together the top executives of the group's various companies in Europe with the aim of strengthening international coordination, sharing knowledge, and accelerating the development of joint strategic projects.
The creation of this committee marks a further step in consolidating Vivalto Santé's position as one of Europe's leading healthcare groups. Present in seven countries, the group comprises approximately 240 hospitals and healthcare centers and employs more than 24.000 professionals who treat over six million patients annually.
Through this committee, the heads of the different organizations that make up Vivalto Santé will work in a coordinated manner to promote initiatives related to patient experience, innovation, digital transformation, research, talent development and organizational efficiency.
Sharing experience and best practices
Ribera's participation will strengthen the international exchange of experiences and best practices, as well as give greater visibility to the knowledge and experience developed by the company in areas such as healthcare management, technological innovation and people-centered care models.
“Being part of this new Global Operational Committee is excellent news for Ribera because it represents our commitment to working as an international organization, learning from each other and leveraging the talent and experience of the seven countries where we operate. I am convinced that this collaboration will drive new opportunities for innovation and growth, and that it will allow us to launch joint initiatives that generate value for our professionals and our patients, as well as continue contributing to society,” says Pablo Gallart, CEO of Ribera.
Vivalto's new Global Operational Committee will facilitate greater coordination between the group's various countries, promoting a more agile flow of knowledge and the implementation of projects with a direct impact on the quality of care, patient experience, and the professional development of the teams.
For Ribera, this participation reinforces its role within the European healthcare group it is part of and opens new opportunities for international collaboration, while maintaining its commitment to patients and healthcare systems in the territories where it operates, in this case Spain, Portugal and Central Europe.
