MADRID, SEPTEMBER 4, 2020. In response to the CCOO note on the referral of PCRs from the Central Laboratory to public hospitals, we state the following:
- Es STRONGLY FALSE that no determination is being derived of those that arrive at the Central Laboratory of Madrid managed by Ribera Salud and Unilabs.
- Es COMPLETELY FALSE that the template has not been reinforced. In recent weeks, 218 more professionals have joined the 30 professionals that make up the team.
- La Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid has decided to centralize the tests of some hospitals and health centers in certain public hospitals which, IN NO CASE ARE INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF LABORATORY SERVICES, and therefore, ARE NOT SUBJECT TO ANY PAYMENT.
- El Central Laboratory is taking charge since the beginning of the pandemic of EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE TESTS AND DETERMINATIONS THAT CORRESPOND TO YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS, currently performing an average of 3.000 daily PCRs and 1.000 serologies.
- we regret once again the smear campaign based on hoaxes and fake news which we continually have to face, and which are not going to get us to stop working for and for the health and well-being of citizens, collaborating with the Public Administration, to provide the best public health service.
