    Its reference shareholder is Vivalto-Santé, the third French private healthcare group, with 50 hospitals and clinics in France, in alliance with the founding management team of the Ribera group. Vivalto-Santé and Ribera share values ​​and work philosophy based on valuable medicine through a collaborative model that involves their professionals, and combines business vision and clinical vision to offer excellent services to citizens.
