Belen Vazquez Rodriguez

I am a health psychologist and I consider myself fortunate to be able to lead a professional, committed team that will guide you in a very respectful way.

Since 2014, I have been supporting people through their processes of change, and for me, these years have been a gift and a period of profound professional and personal growth. I approach the therapeutic process with empathy, respect, and great compassion.

In terms of training, I am a family and couples therapist accredited by the FEATF, with training in perinatal psychology, parental safety circle, and positive discipline. I am an EMDR therapist, specializing in trauma, attachment, and dissociation. Other important tools for me include mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, and sensorimotor therapy. Training, supervision, and personal work are fundamental pillars in my understanding and experience of psychotherapy. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, both in person and online.

My colleagues describe me as a friendly, optimistic person with a gift for calm.

María Novo Arias

I am a clinical psychologist, neuroscientist, and neuropsychologist. Although I have experience in psychotherapy, I currently work primarily in neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation for individuals with brain injuries. I currently coordinate the Brain Injury Unit at Ribera Polusa Hospital, which has allowed me to enrich my clinical approach and grow professionally.

I approach my work fully aware of the enormous responsibility involved in supporting people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. For me, it is a true privilege to be present for each of their advances and to be an active part of their recovery process. That is why I am constantly training in new technologies applied to neurorehabilitation and in global cognitive stimulation techniques, with the aim of offering increasingly effective, compassionate, and up-to-date care.

My colleagues describe me as a responsible, dedicated, and calm person.

Lucía Fernández Riesco

I am a licensed clinical psychologist. My professional journey as a psychotherapist began several years ago when I discovered the important role of the family and the relational dynamics between its members, and I began training in systemic family therapy, complementing it with my knowledge of positive discipline in the family and child and adolescent psychotherapy.

Additionally, I specialized in grief processes, with a particular interest in perinatal grief support. This led me to a world I had never explored before: perinatal psychology. This broadened my perspective and fostered an ecosystemic and integrative approach, taking into account the unique circumstances of each patient and their context, and valuing the multidisciplinary team that surrounds me every day. I am committed to mental health and to strengthening the autonomy and well-being of each patient; therefore, I am committed to ongoing professional development.

The professionals with whom I share my daily life describe me as a sensitive, welcoming person with a very warm light.

Cristina López Mouriz

I am a health psychologist, with years of experience in private practice.

I work from a cognitive-behavioral approach with an integrative perspective, adapting to each person and process. I am committed to ongoing training, both out of vocation and because I believe there is always something more to learn. Many of my tools have been given to me by the people I have been fortunate enough to listen to. I don't promise magic formulas, but I do offer a safe, supportive, and honest space to accompany you on your journey of understanding, growth, and self-care.

Her colleagues describe her as a decisive person, with a touch of humor and approachable.

Lucía Arza Río

I am Lucía Arza Río, a licensed clinical psychologist with a strong academic background in mental health. I graduated with a degree in Psychology, specializing in Health Psychology and Intervention in Mental and Behavioral Disorders. I also hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and another in Healthy Aging and Quality of Life.

I work from an integrative approach, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), offering psychological care in areas such as anxiety and stress management, mood disorders, depression, self-esteem and personal development, emotional difficulties, grief processes, psychological support in aging and adaptation to life changes.

Beyond my training, I am a professional committed to people's well-being. I chose this profession to support others through attentive listening, empathy, and a deep belief in their capacity for change.

Her colleagues describe her as a committed, honest person who has the magic touch to create a safe space
