The hospitals of the health group Ribera This year, there are a total of 11 nominations for the TOP20 awards, which recognise the work and good results in health and management of hospitals throughout Spain in different areas, including a category to recognise the overall management of healthcare centres.
There are five hospitals from the Ribera group that appear as finalists in some category and the university hospitals of Torrejon y Vinalopo have been nominated in five and three categories respectively, including global management. Torrejón is also a finalist in the TOP20 in the areas of Women, Digestive System, Heart and Respiratory. Vinalopó, for its part, is nominated in the areas of Heart and Kidney and respiratory tract, in addition to global management.
Three other hospitals in the group have been nominated in different areas, which make up one of the twelve categories into which these prestigious awards are divided. Ribera Hospital of Molina (Murcia) is nominated in the area of Traumatology, and the hospital Ribera Povisa in the area of Critical Patient Care. Finally, the hospital Riverside Juan Cardona (Ferrol) appears for the first time as a nominee in these awards, in this case, in the Hospital Costs category.
