    The president of the Foundation and CEO of the Ribera health group, Elisa Tarazona, the director of the Ribera Salud Foundation, Mercedes Gozalbo, and the president of the Pondera Foundation, Francisco Javier Valbuena, have been responsible for signing this agreement today in Madrid .     The Ribera Salud Foundation was established in March 2022 with the aim of "contributing to improving the overall health, quality of life and well-being of people" while "responding to the social commitment of the Ribera group with the current or future population ”, as stated in its statutes. Its purposes largely coincide with those of the Pondera Foundation, which defines itself as "a non-profit development cooperation foundation whose objective is to improve people's lives, protect the environment by promoting the sustainability of the planet, growth economy and equality between countries. Its areas of action include support for the local management of international cooperation projects, the implementation of sustainability projects and the comprehensive management of hospitals in "vulnerable territories", with the aim of "generating value in entities with great social impact". .
