In addition, throughout this week and the next two weeks, the classic visits by athletes, clowns, firefighters, children's characters, Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men to the Pediatric floors will come to most of the centers, to encourage stays or consultations of the smallest. The objective, framed in the humanization plans of the Ribera hospitals, is to try to make patients live and feel the spirit of Christmas, also when they go to a consultation on these dates, are admitted or spend many hours in the health center for a treatment, such as dialysis or chemotherapy.
Most of these actions are possible thanks to the strong involvement of the group's professionals with personalized, humanized and quality health care that undoubtedly improves the patient experience. In fact, the Christmas decoration competitions between departments of the same hospital have the objective of giving special value to this action that arises spontaneously in each work area. For his part, he Vinalopó University Hospital and the Denia Hospital They have organized two children's parties and in the latter, they will also receive a visit from a school in La Xara to sing Christmas carols in the center.
In addition, this Christmas the Ribera group has once again donated basic medical supplies and is organizing a food collection for the Federation of Ukrainian Associations in Spain and the Spanish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, which helps families in this countries displaced by the war, as well as those who remain there. The professionals of the Ribera group are also voluntarily involved in activities and actions to improve the stay of patients on these dates.
