Creative literacy is presented as a key organizational competence to generate innovation capabilities. It is not only about individual creativity, but about the ability of an organization to incorporate inputs from diverse sources, connect the seemingly unconnected and generate alternatives and possibilities in a constant and scalable way.
During this first edition of Espacio Naranja, the focus will be on how to develop creative literacy to boost innovation in organizations. Espacio Naranja will bring together experts from different fields and those responsible for innovation to explore how to activate and scale creative literacy in their companies.
