- A team of specialized physiotherapists will attend to the athletes of the 1st International Circuit organized by the FTCV in four Valencian clubs
- The hospital will organize educational sessions on health in sports, aimed at members and clubs
Hospital IMSKE River and the Tennis Federation of the Valencian Community (LBS) have renewed the collaboration agreement between both entities. But, in addition, for 2025 this support has been expanded with a team of physiotherapists who will attend to the athletes in the 1st International Circuit organized by the FTCV.
The Ribera IMSKE hospital has made available to the federation and to the players of the four tournaments that will be organised within this circuit, a team of physiotherapists who will attend to any incident or injury in the matches, which will be played in the tennis clubs of Carlet, El Español de Rocafort, Denia and Vall D´Uxo.
In addition, this year Ribera IMSKE will carry out the stress tests for the individual champions of all categories of the Valencian Community Youth Championships, both in the men's and women's tournaments.
And in the context of the actions carried out by the Ribera health group to promote responsible health, prevention and well-being, the Ribera IMSKE hospital will also organize information days, aimed at federated athletes and clubs, on tennis in particular, but also on sport in general. Recently, Dr. Pedro Jimenez, a traumatologist specializing in hand and wrist, gave a talk on the most common wrist injuries in tennis, in the context of the last tournament organized at the Spanish Tennis Club.

This year, the FTCV will give even more visibility to the Ribera IMSKE hospital as a reference centre for sports medicine in Valencia, through its communications with members, social networks, website and in all tournament calendars.
Ribera IMSKE is the hospital of the health group Ribera specialised in the prevention, diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of the musculoskeletal system, with a pioneering specialisation model in Spain. To do this, it organizes and supervises regional, national and international championships in all categories, from grassroots to high performance, promoting competition and sports development. In addition, it promotes amateur circuits that allow players of all levels to enjoy tennis in a competitive environment adapted to their needs.
The Federation also offers various aid plans aimed at both clubs and players, with the aim of promoting sport throughout the Valencian Community.
