    The Ribera healthcare group and Stratesys promote future talent at the AUSAPE 2025 Forum.

    • More than 5.800 professionals are already part of the new management model promoted by Ribera, based on agile processes, common structures, and a people-centered employee experience.

    El Ribera healthcare group has been one of the protagonists of the AUSAPE Forum 2025 held on June 4 and 5 at the Marbella Congress Center, where he has shared with the technological multinational Stratesys One of the most inspiring sessions of the meeting: the presentation of the success story “People Health Tech Revolution”.

    The key aspects of this project were presented in a two-session session attended by SAP ecosystem professionals and executives from the healthcare and technology sectors. The presentation was led by Ana Azorín Navarro, Deputy Director of People in Ribera, together with Edu Jiménez, AI expert and Director of the 'Nexus & Innovation' area at Stratesys.

    A revolution in healthcare talent management

    During the session it was shared how Ribera has carried out a comprehensive transformation of its people management model, aligned with the current needs of the healthcare environment and supported by technology as a lever for change. More than 60% of the group's professionals – 5.800 - They are now integrated into a new, common work environment that is more agile, innovative, and aligned with the group's purpose.

    The project “People Health Tech Revolution” not only has it meant a structural modernization, but it also marks the beginning of a new stage based on the incorporation of artificial intelligence in Human Resources processes: from intelligent automation to personalized support for professionals.

    Furthermore, “People Health Tech Revolution” shares a look at the near future, reflecting on the complexity of leadership in hybrid environments, where people and AI agents intertwine to enhance human capabilities.
