    The Ribera healthcare group and the EVAP association sign an agreement to collaborate in the promotion of equality

    • Ribera becomes part of the group of committed companies of the Association of Businesswomen and Professionals of Valencia, which represents, defends and promotes the interests of businesswomen and professionals
    • 72% of healthcare professionals are women

    The health group Ribera and the Association of Businesswomen and Professionals of Valencia (EVAP) have signed a collaboration agreement to promote and encourage actions and achievements in the area of ​​equality. The CEO of the Ribera group, Elisa Tarazona, and the president of EVAP, Marta Iranzo, highlighted, during the signing of the agreement, the importance of this alliance between entities that “share values ​​and objectives and that openly support equal opportunities”. Elisa Tarazona highlighted that “more than 70% of the professionals of the Ribera group are women”.

    EVAP is a non-profit association whose main purpose is the representation, defense and promotion of the economic, social, professional and cultural interests of businesswomen and professionals, within a free market economy system, to contribute to the development of Valencia and its autonomous community.

    The Ribera Group, for its part, has a long history of promoting equal opportunities, with equality and conciliation plans for its professionals, a commitment to flexibility and the adaptation of schedules and an internal promotion policy that has allowed the number of female managers to increase by 2023% in 12 compared to 2022, and they now make up 41% of the management team. The number of female professionals has also increased by 3% in the last year, now making up 72% of the group's total.
