The health group Ribera incorporates today the Assistens Clinic in A Coruña, in an operation that confirms its commitment to the northwest of Spain, where it already has three hospitals and a network of clinics in Galicia, and another hospital recently incorporated into the group, in Asturias. In fact, one of the health centers that the group already has in Galicia, the Ribera Juan Cardona hospital (Ferrol), will be the reference hospital for this clinic.
The Assistens Clinic has more than 3.400 square meters of surface area where more than 110 professionals offer healthcare in more than 30 specialties to their patients, from the Ophthalmology Unit to Traumatology, Psychology, Otorhinolaryngology, Digestive Medicine and Plastic Surgery, among others.
The objective of the Ribera health group is to continue the good work done so far by the Assistens professionals, while contributing their experience to grow the clinic and enhance its important portfolio of health services for the citizens of the area of A Coruña and opens up to collaboration with the administration, valuing more than 25 years of experience in health management.
In addition, Assistens professionals and patients will benefit from the synergies and projects and transversal areas of the Ribera group, which already has 1.800 beds and nearly 9.000 professionals.
