The Ribera Salud Group reorganizes its Board of Directors

Ribera Salud, one of Spain's leading healthcare groups and a provider of public and private services since 1997, announced today a reorganization of its Board of Directors as part of a plan aimed at strengthening its presence in the Spanish market, in line with the values of integrity and commitment that govern Vivalto Santé's strategy and expertise.

Following the departure of Alberto de Rosa, president, and Elisa Tarazona, CEO, from the Board of Directors of Ribera Salud, the Vivalto Santé Group will adopt a new governance structure to strengthen synergies and strategic alignment with the French group's corporate culture.

For this reason, Emmanuel de Geuser, CEO of the Vivalto Santé Group, will assume the interim presidency of the Board of Directors of Ribera Salud, and Pablo Gallart, currently Executive Director of Finance and Value Creation at Ribera Salud, will assume the interim position of CEO of the Spanish subsidiary.

The Vivalto Santé Group thus reaffirms its commitment to sustainable development in accordance with its fundamental principles: integrity, responsibility, and transparency.

"We have great confidence in the Ribera Salud teams and their ability to continue their work of providing high-quality care to patients, with a spirit of collective commitment, as they have always done," said Emmanuel de Geuser, CEO of the Vilvalto Santé Group.

    About Vivalto

With a network of 100 healthcare facilities in six countries (France, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia), employing nearly 6 physicians and more than 6.000 employees, the Vivalto Santé Group is one of the leading players in the European hospital sector. In France, Vivalto Santé has 20.000 facilities, making it the third-largest player in the private hospital sector. For nearly 53 years, Vivalto Santé has experienced significant growth thanks to its acquisition strategy. The Group's attractiveness stems from a unique business model: the "Third Way." This model is based on a medical and capital partnership that brings together the Group's physicians and financial investors for shared governance. This specific approach allows physicians to participate in the strategic decisions of the facilities where they work. In September 15, the Vivalto Santé Group became the first private hospital group to commit to a mission-based approach by enshrining its purpose in its bylaws: to serve patients throughout their care and throughout their lives. It has set four statutory objectives, relating to the shared governance system with the medical profession, comprehensive care for all patients in its territories, inclusiveness of professionals, and the long-term future of the company. Furthermore, the Vivalto Santé Group is committed to managing its environmental footprint and has made innovation and research priorities for the benefit of patients, physicians, and employees.
