Technology Angela Impact Economy (Angela IE) has enabled the Ribera healthcare group to significantly improve the digitalisation of its sustainability reportSince 2021, Ribera has worked with AIE on the implementation of the DATAIE Sustainability Analytics platform, increasing the volume of data managed in its reporting systems by 90%.
During these three years of collaboration, the project has evolved from an initial digitalisation of indicators to an integrated sustainability management system. This platform offers the Ribera group exhaustive control over its performance, allowing it to report more efficiently and have structured information for informed and strategic decision-making.
Thanks to DATAIE Sustainability Analytics, the group, which manages thirteen hospitals, 71 health centres and polyclinics, a University School of Nursing, a laboratory division, a technology company, and other projects at an international level, has gone from managing 87 key performance indicators (KPIs) in 2021 to 165 in 2023.
This system has enabled Ribera to centralise the management of sustainability data, standardise information across all its business units and streamline the preparation of sustainability reports. It has also improved data traceability and optimised the decision-making process.
The platform has been customized over time, adapting to the growing and complex needs of the organization. Among its achievements, Ribera has managed to reduce the time spent on data verification by its internal team, made up of more than 100 users distributed across 20 business units, who manage more than 1.800 files and documents annually.
The digitalisation of information, together with its homogeneous and centralised availability, has allowed Ribera to increase agility, reduce workloads and detect areas for improvement. It has also facilitated proactive adaptation to new regulations.
The collaboration project between the Ribera healthcare group and Angela IE continues to look to the future, with the intention of integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence so that the platform can anticipate regulatory and legal changes, allowing the company to adapt more efficiently.
