- 80 athletes from the club have access to cardiological tests to check their state of health for the new season
28th August 2023. The Ribera health group continues its work to promote healthy lifestyle habits and commitment to the socio-sports fabric. In this way, the athletes of the Torrevieja Mare Nostrum Handball Club have gone to the consultations of the Ribera Ciudad Quesada Clinic to carry out the pre-season medical check-up. Specifically, the medical examinations are being carried out on August 25, 28 and 29.
Ribera professionals are in charge of carrying out cardiological tests on a total of 80 players in the youth and senior categories, to check their state of health at a cardiac level for the new season.
Ribera has the best technological means and highly qualified professionals to offer athletes medical care aimed at maintaining the practice of physical exercise in the best health conditions.
In this sense, the Ciudad Quesada clinic has a medical examination service for athletes, led by the cardiology team, which includes a complete examination and different diagnostic tests for the prevention of cardiovascular pathologies.
