COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN CAJALMENDRALEJO AND GRUPO RIBERA
cajalmendralejo and the Ribera group belonging to the Multinational Sanitary Centene Corporation, have sealed a collaboration agreement where the Financial Entity, as the owner of the building, leases it to the Sanitary group for the development of its activities, guaranteeing universal access to an integrated health service. The agreement has been initialed in the Institutional Headquarters of Cajalmendralejo by Dª. Elisa Tarazona Ginés, CEO of the Ribera group and Mr. Fernando Palacios González, General Director of Cajalmendralejo.
cajalmendralejo In the coming months, it will make a significant investment that will make it possible to adapt the Nuestra Señora del Pilar Hospital to socio-sanitary regulations, as well as to implement new lines of action aimed at complementing the management carried out by the bank group. All this will give rise to an updated building with the highest benefits in favor of the users of Almendralejo and Comarca, and with projection to the entire Autonomous Community, providing efficient, responsible, sustainable health care with innovation in management; with the desire to become a hospital complex that is a benchmark for all Estremadura.
The management of the Nuestra Señora del Pilar Hospital will fall exclusively to the Ribera group, which guarantees the continuity of the jobs in the hospital care service and the home help service.
Cajalmendralejo and the Ribera group will report publicly in the coming weeks on the details of the remodeling project of the aforementioned complex.
