Philosophy
El Heart area of the Ribera health group has developed a Cardiovascular Network of interhospital collaboration made up of four hospitals:
- Vinalopó University Hospital (Elche)
- Torrejón University Hospital (Madrid).
- Ribera Povisa Hospital (Vigo).
The main line of action of this network is to unify cardiovascular care protocols, reducing clinical variability and promoting organizational, diagnostic and therapeutic improvements that optimize health results. This network care model offers each patient, regardless of the area of influence, the highest quality when it comes to treating their cardiovascular problem.
Placing the patient at the center, this new Heart Area will make available to each patient the knowledge of a multidisciplinary and transversal team at these 4 hospitals that will address diagnosis and heart pathologies in a coordinated manner and under common care criteria.
